Hitendra Mehta:

Hitendra Mehta, an alumnus of Production Engineering Department, has instituted BEST PROJECT AWARDS for Students of Final Year B. Tech. (Production Engineering) through a charity trust named HIMANJAY TRUST. The awards shall be known as HIMANJAY BEST PROJECT AWARDS and shall be given to the best two projects carried out by the students. The first award shall have a cash prize of Rs. 5000/- and the second award shall have a cash prize of Rs. 3000/- along with certificates for both. The awards have been instituted from the academic year 2009-10.
